From providing a written estimate with all pertinent documentation, to working with your insurance company and completing all of the necessary mechanical, structural and cosmetic repairs on the vehicle, Wrecktify will be guiding you each step of the way to ensure your satisfaction.

The Repair Process:
Insurance – We will work with ALL insurance companies. However, some insurance companies may try directing you to a location of their choice. In the state of Wisconsin it is your right to choose the repair facility (for more information on your rights as an insured motorist in Wisconsin click here). Once you’ve notified your insurance company of the repair need, they will issue you a claim number. Please bring your claim number when you bring your vehicle in for an estimate. This will help us get your repair started as soon as possible.
Towing –If your car is not drivable, we would recommend calling one of the following 24-hour towing companies to have them tow your car directly to our shop:

Estimates – Bring your vehicle in between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or by appointment and we can give you an estimate in about 15 minutes.
Make an appointment – After your estimate, we can set up a convenient time for you to have your vehicle repaired.
Rental Car – Wrecktify has an agreement with Hertz in place and can make arrangements for you should you need a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired. We can have the car delivered to your home, place of business or to Wrecktify for your convenience. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about your policy’s specific coverage regarding rental cars.
Repair – Our Body Shop Manager will guide you through every step of the repair process so you will never be left wondering what’s happening to your vehicle. He will update you on a regular basis, and will contact you when your vehicle repair is complete. In addition, for longer repairs we will set up a customer portal on our website for you to check on the status, view pictures of the progress and/or find documentation pertaining to your repair on an as-needed basis.
Pick-up – After your repairs are complete, you will be notified to pick up your vehicle.
